Overview

Naked Envy™ Fitness provides virtual fitness coaching, nutrition guidance and workout programs, only within the United States of America (US). Our coaches provide general fitness and nutrition guidance, not medical care. We collect only what we need to provide and improve our services, and we do not sell your personal information.

Not a medical service

Naked Envy™ Fitness is a fitness and wellness coaching service, not a healthcare provider. Information you share with your coach is protected under this Privacy Policy, not under HIPAA, unless you separately receive services from a healthcare provider.

Information we collect

• Account and contact information: such as your name, email address, phone number and membership details.
• Fitness and coaching information: such as goals, experience level, schedule, available equipment, activity level, nutrition preferences, progress check-ins and notes from your fitness assessment, plan finder answers or messages with your coach. If you choose to tell us about an injury or physical limitation, we use it only so your coach can adjust your program. Please do not share medical records or detailed health information through our forms or chat.
• Session information: scheduling details for your virtual sessions. We do not record sessions unless you and your coach agree in advance.
• Usage and device data: such as pages visited, browser type, device information, approximate location derived from IP address, and cookie identifiers.

How we use information

• To create and manage your account and membership.
• To deliver coaching, workout programs and nutrition guidance.
• To schedule sessions, respond to questions and provide support.
• To process payments and send service and account messages.
• To understand how the site is used and improve our services.
• To meet legal obligations and protect our members and services.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with trusted service providers that help us run our services, under agreements that limit how they may use it. These include providers for:

• Customer relationship management, messaging and chat.
• Secure payment processing. We do not store full card numbers.
• Video sessions, scheduling and our member app and account platform.
• Website hosting, email and customer support.
• Site measurement and analytics, which may use cookies, subject to your cookie choices.

Naked Envy™ Fitness is part of Naked Envy™ Wellness, and the two share some systems, such as our customer relationship, messaging and social media platforms. Your contact and membership information may be visible to the Naked Envy™ Wellness team so we can support your account, answer your questions and, if you choose to receive them, tell you about Naked Envy™ Wellness services and products. Fitness and coaching information you share with your coach is used only to deliver your coaching. It is not used to make medical decisions and is not shared with medical providers unless you ask us to. You can opt out of cross-brand updates at any time by replying STOP to texts, using the unsubscribe link in emails or contacting us.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.

Text messages (SMS)

Consent to receive SMS or text messages from Naked Envy™ Fitness is optional and is never a condition of purchase. If you opt in, you may receive messages about scheduling, account updates, coaching support and, if you choose, updates about our services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us through our Contact page.

Your mobile number and mobile information will never be shared or sold to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences and, with your choice where required, measure site use. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and our cookie notice.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, or as required by law. We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit and restricted access, to protect information.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or limit certain uses. To make a request, contact us through our Contact page. We will verify your request and respond as required by law.

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to request deletion or correction; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising without any required consent. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request.

Children

Our services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new date and, where appropriate, let you know.
