General education, not medical advice
Naked Envy™ Fitness content, coaching, workout programs and nutrition guidance are for general education and wellness purposes. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis or treatment. Our coaches are ISSA-certified personal trainers with CPR/AED training. They are not medical providers, registered dietitians or physical therapists.
Talk to your physician first
Please consult your physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant or postpartum, injured, recovering from surgery, managing a health condition, taking medication that affects heart rate or balance, or new to exercise.
Listen to your body
Stop exercising and seek care if you feel pain, dizziness, faintness or shortness of breath. Work within your own limits.
Nutrition guidance
Nutrition coaching covers general healthy habits, meal inspiration and accountability. It is not medical nutrition therapy and is not designed for managing any medical condition or for people with a history of disordered eating. Please work with your physician or a registered dietitian for those needs.
Training at home or virtually
When you train on your own or during a virtual session, your coach cannot physically spot or assist you. Clear your space, use stable equipment you know how to use, keep water nearby, and choose weights and movements within your ability. Tell your coach right away about any pain or discomfort.
Your participation is voluntary
You choose which exercises to do and can stop at any time. By participating you accept the risks that come with physical activity, as described in our Terms of Service.
